It is said that early birds are happier, healthier, and more productive than their night-owl counterparts?

For years, I hit the snooze button more times than I’d like to admit.

The idea of waking up early seemed so impossible for me, infact i convinced myself that my body functioned better when i wake up later.

But deep down, I couldn’t let go of that nagging feeling that becoming a morning person might just be the key to helping me clear out my to do’s, improve my mental health, and discover a more purposeful life.

I succeeded; I went from a perpetual night owl to an early bird who loves to rise and shine.
